NAB, Las Vegas – 19th April 2026: Atomos (booth #C4731) today announces the A-Eye Controller Pro, a powerful new advanced desktop PTZ controller designed to simplify and elevate multi-camera production. Built for broadcasters, live event teams, studios, and content creators, the A-Eye Controller Pro transforms traditional control workflows with intelligent design and AI-enhanced operation.
As productions grow more complex, the need for fast, precise, and reliable camera control has never been greater. The A-Eye Controller Pro meets this demand with extensive protocol compatibility, including NDI, VISCA, VISCA-IP, Pelco, and P&D, enabling integration across many different camera systems. Operators can control up to 254 PTZ cameras, both Atomos and non-Atomos brands, from a single unit, making it scalable from compact studios to large-scale live productions.
At the center of the experience is a responsive 7-inch HD touchscreen, providing clear visual feedback and intuitive navigation. Complementing this is the innovative Visual AI control knob, which replaces deep, complex menu structures with fluid, real-time adjustments—allowing operators to stay focused on capturing the perfect shot.
“The A-Eye Controller Pro is about rethinking control from the ground up,” said Peter Barber, CEO at Atomos. “The advanced controller removes barriers between the operator and the camera—delivering speed, accuracy, and a more natural way to work in fast-paced production environments.”
With advanced features such as motion path recording and playback, operators can automate and repeat complex camera moves with precision. A built-in tally light provides immediate visual feedback, ensuring clear communication in multi-camera setups, while HDMI 2.0 4K output supports high-resolution monitoring.
Fully compatible with NDI 6, the A-Eye Controller Pro is ready for the next generation of IP-based workflows, offering flexibility and scalability for evolving production needs.
